MR VAMANRAI V PAREKH, (Chairman)
Mr. Vamanrai V. Parekh is a non executive Director and the Chairman of our Board of Directors. Apart from being a Promoter of our Company, Mr. Vamanrai Parekh is also one of the founders of the Nilkamal group and has over 50 years of experience in the plastics industry. Over the years, Mr. Vamanrai Parekh has been supervising the production and technical activities of the Nilkamal group and has been instrumental in the emergence of ‘Nilkamal’ as a well known brand in the plastics industry. Mr. Vamanrai Parekh also serves as a trustee of various educational and charitable institutions.

MR. SHARAD V PAREKH, (Managing Director)

Mr. Sharad V. Parekh is the Managing Director of our Company. Apart from being the Promoter of our Company, Mr. Sharad Parekh is also one of the co- founders of Nilkamal group and has over 40 years of experience in the plastics industry. As the Managing Director of our Company, Mr. Sharad Parekh oversees marketing and administration of business of our Company. Mr. Sharad Parekh has been especially instrumental in our Company emerging as a well known material handling solutions provider in India.

MR. HITEN V. PAREKH, (Executive Director)
Mr. Hiten V. Parekh is an executive Director of our Company. Mr. Hiten Parekh is also a Promoter of our Company and while he has been associated with our Company since incorporation, has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Mr. Hiten Parekh has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University and also holds a diploma in quality systems and management. In our Company, Mr. Hiten V. Parekh, monitors new project developments and also day to day operations of our Company. He has been instrumental in launching the retail venture of our Company under the brand name @home.

MR. MANISH V. PAREKH, (Director)
Mr. Manish V. Parekh is an executive director of our Company. Mr. Manish Parekh is also a Promoter of our Company and has over 17 years of experience in marketing. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University. Mr. Manish Parekh monitors the day to day functions of the plastic furniture division as well as retail division of our Company. Mr. Manish V. Parekh has been instrumental in the building of our dealership network and in the launch of our retail venture under the brand name @home.

MR. NAYAN S. PAREKH, (Director)
Mr. Nayan S. Parekh is an executive Director of our Company. Mr. Nayan Parekh is also a Promoter of our Company and has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He has a bachelor’s degree in plastic engineering from the University of Massachusetts, United States of America. Mr. Nayan Parekh looks after the manufacturing and operations of material handling division of our Company and has been instrumental in steering the operations of our material handling division.
